In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, our 30-Day Return Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process. 30 Day Return Policy
- You must obtain a Return Authorization prior to returning any item.
- Proof of purchase (invoice number) is required.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Electrical or Special Order parts are non-refundable.
- Defective electrical parts will be exchanged for the identical item only.
- Returned parts must be new, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Used or misused parts will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Credit will be issued back on credit card originally used to purchase item(s).
- All returns are subject to inspection. Yankee Equipment reserves the right to deny any return that fails to meet our requirements.

Warranties
- Warranties are in accordance with current manufacturers’ policies.
- No commercial laundry equipment manufacturer offers a labor reimbursement
warranty. - The manufacturer’s parts warranty dictates that the end user is responsible for all
freight costs associated with warranty parts.

- Reason for failure
