What equipment lines does Yankee sell?

Our main equipment lines include Dexter, Milnor, Chicago Dryer Company, and American Dryer Company. We also distribute for American Changer, Standard Changer, National Combustion, Hamilton Engineering, Fulton, Cleaver Brooks, Energenics, and more. Please note that Yankee distributes equipment throughout all of the New England States and upstate New York.

Who should I contact if I am interested in equipment?

Does Yankee connect my machine to utilities upon delivery and installation?

As utility hook up often requires a special state-specific license, it’s better to hire this service locally.

Can Yankee provide me with a licensed plumber and electrician to finish my installation?

Yes. While generally we find that most customers will contract out these services themselves, we’re happy to assist customers in finding dependable, qualified plumbers and electricians to connect utilities to the machinery we sell.

Does Yankee service the machinery they sell?

Yes. We employ expert, factory-trained technicians to service all lines of equipment that we sell.

Does Yankee service any brands beyond what they sell?

Yes. While it’s true that our service technicians are trained on our brands, we boast a large pool of exceptional talent—allowing our technicians to service and repair many additional brands of laundry equipment. How long will it take to get a technician to my location for a repair?

Our number-one goal is to service our customers as fast and as accurately as possible. When you call for service, you’ll receive a “date of arrival” during the initial call or within 8 business hours.

What brand and equipment line parts does Yankee sell?

Yankee sells parts for every manufacturer that we distribute equipment for. We also sell parts for additional equipment lines as well. Please click here to view our entire product line list.

Machine and Parts Warranty:

How long do my machines’ warranties last?

Each manufacturer has different warranty terms that can change periodically. Please contact us directly and ask about a specific machine to receive the most accurate answer.

What is covered under warranty?

Manufacturer warranties are specific to manufacturer defect. Most manufacturers offer a complete parts warranty during the warranty period. A limited number will have some exclusions. Our parts department will be glad to inform you of the warranty offered by a particular manufacturer. Intentional or unintentional misuse of a product is not covered under any warranty.

Do I need to send my warranty parts back to Yankee?

Please return all defective parts to Yankee along with the model and serial number of the machine they came from, along with a specific description of the failure.
